This was a promotional photograph of Messner with a pre-printed signature at the bottom left corner, but Messner kindly added his hand-signature at the top right edge. A smiling (as usual) photograph of a slightly grey haired Messner. A highly collectable item to complement any mountaineering collection (would look particularly attrative framed). Signed photographs of Reinhold Messner are scarce.
