This is an account of the life of the English polar explorer Gino Watkins by his friend and brother -in-law J.M. Scott. Particularly known for his exploration of Greenland. (See also Martin Linday's book "Those Greenland Days", who went on a Greenland expedition with Watkins in 1930). With numerous maps drawn by C. E. Denny of the Royal Geographical Society.Some light foxing at the bottom of the spine and the edges of some pages, otherwise very good condition.
