ASSOCIATION copy. A particularly attractive book on the History of France. Begins with year 451 (when Saint Genevieve stopped Attila) to Fontainebleau (1814). The book is introduced by M. de Segur and is illustrated with 120 illustrations of Victor Adam engraved by "the first artists of Paris". Splendid illustrations. This copy is also particularly attractive since it belonged to John Frost, the voluminous compiler of histories and biographies, and is autographed by him. With marbled boards and three-quarter leather; some wear to leather; tightly bound.

French History, Napoleon, Paris

Price = 40.00 GBP
