An educational look at Europe. Undated but probably before second world war. It covers all European countries, with illustrations. It makes statements like " The Germans, especially those of the north, are marked by plodding diligence and thoroughness..............[...]the war of 1914, in which they sought to conquer the whole world, showed that their success in the earlier wars had disturbed both their judgment and their sense of right and wrong." An interesting look at how history was taught. One word written at bottom of page 7; otherwise very good.
